Chuan Zhang

I am currently an assistant professor at Beijing Institute of Technology. I obtained my Ph.D. degree from Beijing Institute of Technology, supervised by Prof. Liehuang Zhu. From Sept. 2019 to Sept. 2020, I worked as a visiting Ph.D. student with the BBCR Group, Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of Waterloo, Canada, supervised by Prof. Xuemin (Sherman) Shen. I prefer to work on applying cryptographic techniques in building secure protocols to solve problems in real application scenarios. My current research interests focus on privacy-preserving applications, AI security, and blockchain.
